01Inquiry
Once your overseas assignment is confirmed...

02Initial Consultation
We urge you to consult with us as soon as your return to Japan is confirmed.
We'll make the most appropriate moving plan for your family. We'll take care of both the quantity as well as the special handling needs of each of your belongings.
03Packing
We take care of everything on the packing day, including the actual packing as well as compiling a list of your belongings.
Please rest assured that packing will be handled just as carefully.
04Transport
After packing your belongings, we give them additional packaging for transport and transfer them to the surface or air freight forwarder; from there they clear export customs and begin the journey to Japan.
05Import Customs Clearance and Delivery
We will take care of the customs procedures for your belongings once they reach the port or airport in Japan.
We will deliver them to your home on a day determined in consultation with you to coincide with the start of your life in Japan.
06After-service
In the rare event something in your shipment has gone awry, please contact us immediately.
